Verifying a Disk Image Archive

After you have created a disk image, it is important for you to check that the data stored in the image archive is intact and can be read without errors. The Verify Image Wizard steps you through this process.

To verify a disk image archive:

To start the Verify Image Wizard, do one of the following:
- Double-click the wizard icon on the main screen.
- From the Tools menu, choose Verify Image.
Follow instructions on the wizard screens. In each case, click Next to move to the next screen.

Note

The process of verifying the image can take a long time.
